My name is Finneen Bradley and I am the Founding Director of Finnesse Careers and Empowerment C.I.C. I am based in Derry/L'Derry but cover local, national and international. I have a first-class BSc Hons in Business Studies from Ulster University and a distinction in the level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Career Guidance, also from Ulster University's Magee Campus, Derry/L'Derry.  I am an affiliate member of the Career Development Institute - (CDI), demonstrating that I am committed to delivering high quality careers development activities and adhere to the CDI Code of Ethics.

With over 17 years’ experience working in Career Education and Development within education, I fully understand the needs of learners of all ages in terms of their personal and career development. I will provide a professional, impartial, empowering, transformational development and education service.  Alongside masterclass delivery I also provide a careers gaps analysis service to schools/colleges and universities to assess their current careers provision and carry out report on the findings.
